Icy Treats x 3

Ice block. Icy Pole. Popsicle. Ice cream.

Whatever you call them, we all know the joy of an icy treat on a hot day. They feel almost nostalgic, reminding us perhaps of hot summer days spent at the beach when you were given the nod of approval to buy an ice cream on the way home…

Forget the processed and packaged kind and instead have fun making your own!

This recipe post ticks all the boxes. Simple, affordable and nourishing.

By all means get creative with your favourite flavours and make larger batches to store in your freezer for whenever the mood strikes.

These would work really well for a little or big kid’s party as well.

Grab yourself some ice block moulds (try eBay), paddle-pop sticks (unless there are handles in the moulds) and let’s get started!
