Diet No More & Hello To My New Book!

The day has arrived.

In April last year when I first had the idea to create a recipe book, it felt like a long shot. As you may be able to relate, this kind of “dream” idea seemed best suited to established and high-profile experts, and who on Earth was I to create such a thing?

This is how dreams work though. They come one size too big so we fit into them over time, and that I have.

I seriously could not be more excited today.

For some time now I have felt that I had secrets to share. Secrets that could simply transform people’s lives, as they have mine. That my journey and battles along the way have resulted in a seriously fantastic understanding of how to make food that is good for you, super simple and super tasty.

At last, a recipe book that is not only beautifully presented with mouth watering easy to prepare dishes, but most importantly for the average person, like myself, who hates complicated recipes, Nadia has created a user friendly book..Easy to follow instructions, ingredients that are in order of preparation, a “ZOOM IN” feature enabling one to understand in more detail the more “unusual” items and of course every dish featured is CLEAN and HEALTHY in every way. For those of us trying to better our eating habits, this book is a must.
